Commission on Aging presents resource guide; council hears transportation updates

Jane Gould, who represents Tiburon on the Commission on Aging, presented a resource guide the commission compiled that covers topics from aging in place and caregiving to nutrition and transportation. She said the guide will go online and that printed copies were available that night.
Gould also described the commission's work on social and educational programs and efforts to address local transportation concerns; she said the commission has had some success working with the library and the community ranch and mentioned exploratory work on autonomous-vehicle pilots as part of a broader approach to local mobility.
Council members thanked Gould for the update and accepted printed copies for staff and council reference.
