Council holds closed session on POLC grievance, reconvenes and adjourns

Councilmember Duffy moved, seconded by Councilmember Harvey, that the council go into closed session at 7:50 p.m. to discuss a grievance involving the Police Officers Labor Council (POLC) pursuant to MCL 15.268(1)(h). The motion carried by unanimous vote and the council entered closed session.
The minutes show the council reconvened to open session at 7:57 p.m. and immediately adjourned at 7:58 p.m. after a motion by Councilmember Dittrich, seconded by Councilmember Harvey.
