After procedural confusion about wording of earlier motions, Vice Chairman Jennifer Snelson moved to approve the date and the motion carried unanimously. The Board did not commit to a specific vendor at the meeting and set a not‑to‑exceed budget discussion for proposals not to exceed $25,000 in prior motions.
