"Congrats to the winners of the awards from the Pallet Club of Ogden's gallery of artwork that's been displayed here in City Hall," Porter said.
Porter encouraged residents to visit City Hall to see and purchase original pieces while the exhibit runs this month. She praised the talent of the artists and framed the display as a local cultural amenity available to residents and visitors.
