Aspen HBC re-elects officers, continues business after April 8 scheduling

The commission also asked staff to include standard conditions in the next draft resolution: a recommended financial-assurance amount related to relocation, wording to reconvene if previously unknown historic material is discovered during demolition, and explicit preservation-plan items for excavation, stabilization and monitoring. The next hearing on 212 North Monarch is scheduled for April 8.
