Staff said Eide Beiley has been on-site once to begin audit work and has reviewed prior auditor work papers. The board moved to accept Eide Beiley as the external auditor and approved the engagement by voice vote.
Board members asked whether Eide Beiley had spoken with prior-year auditors; staff said they had reviewed work papers and met with Blue, but had not engaged the Auditor of Public Accounts on audit-process questions to date.
