Trustee Michael Mistele moved to approve the Omnibus Vote Agenda and Trustee Umberto Davi seconded. The roll call vote listed ayes from Trustees Astrella, Boerwinkle, Davi, Mistele and Neal; the motion was declared carried. The omnibus approval bundled several otherwise discrete agenda items for a single vote.
