Board presses PSE&G on first-responder access, monitoring and security

Electrical engineer Tristan Marthaler described lighting and security measures: downlights "are on from dusk until dawn" for visibility and security, while 21 uplights are default-off and manually switched during nighttime maintenance. Board members and consultants asked for more detail on timing and circuit controls to be included in the lighting schedule and in vendor details during compliance.
