Rauschenberg said property taxes have been settled but predicted the second half of the year will present a larger cash-flow challenge. She also asked for clarification on the courthouse renovation timeline, noting that the available window to relocate the Treasurer's office will be shorter if project invoices or schedules shift. Rauschenberg additionally noted upcoming staff changes: Jeff Hoff's retirement party is scheduled for April 22 and Jon Opperman is considering retirement this summer.
