Speakers urged the council to move beyond studies and create enforceable timelines for housing production, use housing vouchers effectively, and coordinate with the Corpus Christi Housing Authority. Councilmembers acknowledged the concerns and asked staff for follow‑up on funding options and coordination with housing authorities.
