Board votes to release most executive session minutes with exceptions

Staff reported that, after reviewing executive-session minutes for the period Oct. 16, 2024 through Mar. 18, 2025, they concluded that confidentiality was no longer necessary for most minutes but identified three exceptions that should remain confidential. The board moved and approved releasing the minutes with those exceptions.
"We reviewed the minutes of the executive sessions...and have concluded that necessity of confidentiality does not exist, as to the minutes except for the...3 executive session exceptions noted in the memo," the staff member said. The chair then called the roll, and after affirmative votes the chair announced, "Motion passed."
