The Hancock County Board of Commissioners approved routine business and a series of financial transfers at their April 16 meeting.
Commissioner Jeffrey Hunker opened the meeting at 9:30 a.m. and Commissioners William Bateson and Timothy Bechtol voted 3-0 to approve the April 14, 2026 minutes after a motion from Bateson and a second from Bechtol. Each motion was made by Commissioner William Bateson, seconded by Commissioner Timothy Bechtol, and passed 3-0.
The approvals adjust appropriations and move restricted and unrestricted balances between funds; the transcripts do not record any dissenting comments or conditions attached to the transfers. No additional procedural steps for these items were listed in the meeting record.
