Committee certifies reciprocity regulation and forwards 105 KAR 1020 to board

Nathan, the staff presenter, said the regulation was certified in 2019 and now reflects statutory changes since that certification; he told the committee there were no changes required and the rule would be implemented "as written." The committee had no substantive questions and approved forwarding the regulation to the board.
The regulation's certification preserves reciprocal benefit rules affecting teachers and legislative and judicial retirement programs; staff said the action is largely a housekeeping review required under a seven‑year statutory review cycle.
