Barquell said an individual named Myra called law enforcement and that officers later showed video of the interaction to the requestee; he said no crime was found but the requestee felt threatened.
Barquell also raised neighborhood concerns including repeated reports of a marijuana odor at the splash pad and other quality-of-life issues. City officials thanked him for reporting the matters and the deputy mayor (speaker 1) advised Barquell to pursue the matter with Callaway County or the prosecuting attorney's office because the city lacks jurisdiction over county operations.
