Engineer: All State Fence finished at Canton Township Park; planning underway for West Wylie Park grant

Harshman CE Group reported that the Canton Township Park bid for fencing was awarded to All State Fence for $30,600.00 and that construction is complete; the engineering firm will review final construction and invoicing before closeout.
The engineer also said HCEG has begun updating plans for a sports court and parking lot at West Wylie Park to support a Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) grant application. The firm noted several ongoing permit and planning items, including MS4 stream-restoration mapping and preparation of permits for culvert replacement on Miller Road.
