The Hancock County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution #242-26 on April 14 authorizing change order #1 to the contract with Wentling Electrical Service, LLC. Phil Johnson presented the project history; the board recorded the change order cost as $2,725.66, bringing the contract total to $23,982.26. The motion passed by a 3-0 vote.
At the meeting the board asked staff to invite Brian Stozich to a future session to discuss parameters of the communications-tower security project. The change order covers electrical installation and preparatory work to extend security measures to a newly erected communications tower near the Hancock County BMV Building on County Road 140.
