Community garden participants ask city to explain Public Works's decision to step back

"I have been unable to identify a duly convened city council meeting where this council directed Public Works to step back," the commenter said, and requested the item be placed on the next available council agenda for a full public discussion. The speaker provided examples of materials left in the garden and asked the council, city manager and city attorney to investigate who authorized the change and whether applicable city and state requirements were followed.
