City staff presented the Measure I five-year capital improvement plan and a map of the streets proposed for pavement rehabilitation in the coming fiscal year. Projects include pavement rehabilitation on Lawton, Prospect, Barton Road segments and work on University and other residential streets; the council approved the plan by resolution.

"For this fiscal year, 2627, the map is the street that we're gonna do pavement rehabilitation on is in purple," staff said while walking council through the map. Council adopted resolution R-2026-38 to approve the Measure I five-year CIP (motion carried).
