Resolution 1 of 25 adopted the sewage planning module for The Dales at 2774 Jefferson Avenue; Resolution 2 of 25 adopted the planning module for the Nolfi property on Malone Ridge Road. Both motions were made by Supervisor Tom Bodnovich, seconded by Supervisor Richard Horner, and carried unanimously.
The board also approved Resolution 3 of 25 to advertise a public property on Lacock Street (parcel #120-011-02-00-0008-00) with a starting bid price of $15,000, and Resolution 4 of 25 to sell a Russell Street parcel (parcel #120-011-13-03-0028-00) for $900. Separately, the township solicitor was authorized to begin conservatorship proceedings for 1429 West Wylie Avenue due to apparent abandonment. The minutes record motions and votes but include no purchaser names or conservatorship filing dates.
