Supervisor Brian Kustaborder was elected chair of the Antis Township Board of Supervisors at the township's reorganizational meeting on Jan. 6, 2025. The motion to appoint Kustaborder was made by Supervisor Steve Winterstein and seconded by Supervisor George Bell; the board approved the appointment by a 5-0 voice vote. Winterstein then moved to appoint George Bell vice chairman; Susan Kensinger seconded and the motion passed 5-0.
The meeting completed a series of standard reorganizational actions: Lori Del Biondo was appointed secretary/treasurer and the treasurer's bond was set at $750,000. The board also appointed Patrick Fanelli (Fanelli Legal) as solicitor and authorized an engineering agreement with Chris Dutrow of Stiffler, McGraw & Associates. The accounting firm Fiore, Fedeli, Snyder and Carothers, LLP was appointed to conduct the 2024 annual audit and the board adopted Resolution #1-2025 to formalize that appointment. Board members were named to internal committees and external representative roles, including appointments to the Capital Improvements, Personnel, Public Safety, and Park & Recreation committees.
