Village consultant says Iona has substantially satisfied technical comments

Eric Dorsch of KSCJ Consulting told the planning board that, in his view, "all of the comments have been satisfied to date substantially and satisfactorily," and thanked the applicant for collaboration. Dorsch said the consultant team would continue to work with the applicant and the board to ensure outstanding technical questions are addressed during the site-plan and construction-management review stages.
The planning board said it would embed operational and monitoring elements in the forthcoming site-plan conditions and that construction impacts will be managed through a construction-management plan approved by village consulting engineers and building officials. That plan will address days of operation, staging, noise, parking and traffic controls during construction.
