The Bickel’s Surplus Too land-development application (Parcel 03.00-23.0021.05-000) was tabled because the plans omitted stormwater planning for a gravel lot; staff and the applicant were directed to supply the missing stormwater details before resubmittal.
The board also voted 5-0 to extend the Blair Frito Solar land-development review period indefinitely, and on a separate motion accepted withdrawal of the DeGol land-development application. These actions were recorded under the Planning Commission portion of the meeting minutes.
