Okawville trustees accept treasurer's report, pay bills and adjourn

After completing agenda votes, Trustee Cragen moved to accept the treasurer's report as presented; the board approved that motion by unanimous roll call. Trustee Donna Davis moved to approve payment of bills; that motion also passed unanimously.
The minutes note representatives for the Fifth Street Road solar array will be present at the Jan. 12, 2026 committee meeting and that the board suggested an attorney representing both the Village and the Township attend. With no further business Trustee Kevin Kink moved to adjourn at 7:55 p.m.; the motion carried 6–0.
