Police truck procurement, tow ordinance remain unresolved

Attorney Courtney Ragland was asked to determine whether the board may purchase that truck directly or must return to the formal bid process.
Trustee Kink also said the proposed tow ordinance is still pending attorney review. No procurement decision or ordinance approval was made at the May 26 meeting; the board recorded the matters for follow‑up and directed Attorney Ragland to advise on next steps.
