Chair Proctor announced the FY 2027 application calendar: the application deadline is Sept. 18 at 12:00 p.m., group site visits will take place Oct. 3, and application interviews are scheduled from Oct. 6 through Nov. 10. "We will do group visits on October 3 ... and the application interviews begin October 6 through November 10," the chair said, emphasizing that site visits are for observation rather than deliberation.
Members encouraged community participation in site visits and suggested inviting high-school students to join for educational engagement. The chair and Anne directed applicants to the town website and staff as first points of contact for application-specific questions.
