Committee presses for clearer, timely minutes and a new collaborative workflow

Committee members cautioned that open-meeting rules may limit how drafts are prepared and circulated; one member said they will ‘‘ask Laurie/Lori’’ to confirm the town’s preferred format and any exceptions for working drafts. The committee assigned follow-up to clarify what file types and collaborative processes the town will accept before adopting a permanent workflow.
