Board accepts treasurer's report, approves bills; high school Give Back Day set for April 8

Trustee Brett Heberer summarized the village's financial position and told the board that "the villages finances are in order." He moved to accept the treasurer's report and Trustee Kevin Kink seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
Trustee Heberer then moved and Trustee Donna Davis seconded a motion to approve payment of bills; that motion also passed unanimously. Trustee Nathan Dick reminded the board that high school students will participate in "Give Back Day" on April 8, 2026 to help with roadside cleanup near Dollar General and with cleaning squad cars; students will be provided safety vests and supervised by police and village workers.
