On facilities and energy services, Mr. Fluke described the annual automated logic contract renewal covering "over 965 units/devices" that help the district reach energy curtailment goals and assist with troubleshooting. Directors noted energy-curtailment savings; one speaker referenced approximately $33,000 in annual savings tied to curtailment events. The board approved the renewal by roll-call vote (9-0).
