Okawville board accepts Core & Main bid for radio-read meters; TIF to cover some installations

Separately, the board approved a TIF request from the Village of Okawville to install radio-read meters within the village’s TIF District, specifying that 166 of the district’s 695 meters would be included under the TIF request. The measure passed with unanimous support, and the TIF allocation will cover meter installations within that portion of the district.
