Boyle County Fiscal Court approves minutes, transfers and bill payments

The Boyle County Fiscal Court opened its Aug. 10 session by approving minutes from the July 28 meeting and moving quickly through routine financial business.
Treasurer Shannon Green presented budget transfers totaling $8,025.18 and a set of cash transfers that included $1,192,377.68 from the occupational tax to the general fund, $500,000 to an interest-bearing account, $100,000 allocated to the jail and $200,000 to EMS. The court approved those transfers by voice vote.
Green reported the day's bill packet totaled $2,172,115.74; one invoice of $1,827 was pulled at a judge's request, leaving a grand total of $2,170,288.74 for payment. The court approved payment of the adjusted packet by voice vote.
The court also granted approval for a title and transfer fee payment on a side-by-side vehicle purchased for the county's Emergency Management Agency and approved several other small procedural motions. No contested roll-call votes were recorded for these items.
