Lauren Gillingham Teague and petitioner representatives described a concept-map amendment to an existing Built PUD, noting site encumbrances including gas pipelines, drainage easements and a future transmission line. Matt Skelton, representing the applicant, told the council the amendment adjusts access to provide a single public road stub into the parcel and does not change allowed uses: “No changes are proposed for the use,” Teague said.
The council approved the amendment on a roll call vote, 7-0. The amendment requires Area B to return to council for review prior to additional changes and reaffirms commitments to tree preservation along the Midland Trail. Staff said the amendment had received a favorable APC recommendation.
