Robeson said the role would "touch probably at least 0.5 of our building" and emphasized the effort would be data-driven.
Several trustees asked logistical questions — including whether the consultant would be housed in the building, use district devices and email, and whether the contract period would be prorated — and Robeson answered that the consultant would be assigned a district laptop and email and that the position would be evaluated at the end of the year. The board then took a roll-call vote; the secretary recorded seven 'ayes' and the motion carried.
