Detour plans discussed for County Highway H utility relocations; staff to coordinate outreach

Staff briefed the committee on phased detours and traffic control plans for the utility relocation work. Staff said public outreach will be coordinated tomorrow with communications staff if the plan receives internal sign‑off; committee members urged early signage and police reinforcement at early stages to help users adapt to new patterns. No formal action was required; staff will finalize the communications plan and return as needed.
