The Bartlett Planning Board unanimously approved a voluntary lot merger July 6 for two adjacent roughly five‑acre parcels owned by Lucas (Luke) Limmer, creating a combined parcel of about 10 acres. Limmer told the board he intends to place a house in the center of the newly combined lots and said he has no current plan to divide the property again.
Board members clarified that any future attempt to redivide the merged parcel would be governed by subdivision regulations in effect at the time of redivision. Vice Chair David Patch moved to accept the voluntary lot merger; Michael Galante seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
