AMSCO asks to delay final action on Stillings Grant subdivision; board continues to August 3

Alec Tarberry, speaking for AMSCO, reported July 6 that the firm received waiver denials from the Selectmen that the applicant needed in order to bring NHDES into final review and that the stream crossing issue is the remaining technical item. The board voted unanimously to continue the application to the August 3 meeting to permit AMSCO and regulators to resolve outstanding technical questions.
Board members reiterated that applicants should expect the usual state and local reviews, including the town road‑standard design, and that site visits or additional documentation may be required before final approval.
