Cedarcroft Farms PUD continued; DOT turn‑lane review still pending

Andy Fisher of Ammonoosuc Survey told the Planning Board that Cedarcroft Farms LLC is completing engineering responses to peer review comments and is awaiting New Hampshire Department of Transportation review of a proposed turn‑lane design. Fisher asked the statement be read into the record and noted that DOT review is pending.
Vice Chair David Patch moved, and Vicki Garland seconded, that the board continue the application to the August 3, 2026 meeting to allow the applicant time to complete outstanding reviews; the motion passed unanimously. The board did not open new substantive hearings at the July 6 session and instead scheduled continued review when pending agency responses are further developed.
