Fort Meade trustees ratify minutes, invoice payments and a retiree benefit for Dennis Rowell

At the opening of the Dec. 10 meeting, the board voted to approve the minutes of its Sept. 10, 2024 meeting. Commissioner James Watts moved and Commissioner James Possum Schaill seconded the motion, which the minutes record as carrying "with all yeas."
The trustees then moved to ratify invoice payments; Commissioner Watts again moved and Commissioner Schaill seconded. The motion to ratify and approve invoice payments carried with all yeas. The board also approved a listed retirement benefit payment for Dennis Rowell on a motion by Commissioner Schaill and a second by Commissioner Watts.
There were no public comments recorded. The board set its next meeting for March 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. and adjourned at 5:48 p.m.; the minutes were attested by Deputy City Clerk Melissa Cannon.
