The Skaneateles Zoning Board of Appeals took the following formal actions at its Feb. 25 meeting.
• Close public hearing: Chairman Michael Stanczyk moved to close the public hearing on the Fleming application; Member Michael O’Toole seconded. Vote: Stanczyk, LaPoint, Nyzio and O’Toole — yes; Balestra — excused. Outcome: carried, 4–0.
• Approve special use permit: Motion by Chairman Michael Stanczyk, seconded by Member Michael O’Toole, to approve the special use permit allowing Fintan and Meredith Fleming to vary §225-A5 (Density Control Schedule) for minimum open area to construct a carriage house at 80 West Lake Street. Vote: 4–0 in favor. Outcome: approved.
