The Cleveland County Clerk's Office requested declaration of surplus for multiple items that were listed in the consent agenda and approved by the board on Dec. 1. The minutes record items including Varidesk components, monitor arms and file cabinets with acquisition dates shown between 1997 and 2022.
Those items were approved as part of the consent package moved by Commissioner Rod Cleveland and seconded by Commissioner Rusty Grissom. The County Clerk's office retains the detailed inventory entries and original-cost values included with the resolution.
