Cleveland County commissioners approve consent agenda, accept inventory reports and adjourn

Commissioner Rusty Grissom moved to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Nov. 24, 2025; the motion was seconded by Commissioner Rod Cleveland and passed with the vote recorded as: "Jacob McHughes, yes; Rusty Grissom, yes; Rod Cleveland, yes." The board then approved the Section E consent items as submitted after Chairman McHughes identified them as routine.
The consent agenda covered a range of administrative items, including multiple resolutions declaring county equipment surplus (for the Assessor's Office, Clerk's Office and Fairgrounds), acceptance of the Assessor's Bi-Annual Inventory Report, review/approval items for blanket purchase orders and claims, payment to OccuSure Claims Service, LLC, and a staffing agreement for the Health Department under Statewide Contract SW1032. The meeting closed when Commissioner Rod Cleveland moved to adjourn, a motion seconded by Commissioner Rusty Grissom; the board adjourned at 1:02 p.m.
The minutes also note that the agenda was posted on Nov. 26, 2025 at 11:34 a.m. and that Assistant District Attorney Kristina Bell was present as legal counsel.
