Oregon Planning Commission closes hearing, approves minutes and adjourns

Chairman Mark Herman opened and closed a public hearing on a sign-ordinance variance at the start of the Oct. 15 meeting; Herman moved to close the hearing at 5:41 p.m., and Karly Spell seconded. The motion carried with no nays.
The commission approved the Sept. 17, 2024 meeting minutes on a motion by Karly Spell, seconded by Randy Cropp; that motion also carried with no nays. Chairman Herman moved to adjourn at 5:43 p.m.; Karly Spell seconded and the meeting adjourned. The minutes for this meeting were submitted by City Clerk Cheryl Hilton.
