At its July 21 meeting the Kemp ISD Board of Trustees approved a budget amendment for July 2025 and adopted the 2025–2026 Compensation Plan. The July budget amendment motion was made by Trustee Sharron Rankin and seconded by Trustee Linda Hale and passed unanimously. The Compensation Plan was approved as amended following a motion by Regina Kiser and seconded by Sharron Rankin, also recorded as unanimous.
The board also approved the 2025–2026 Employee Handbook with corrections after a motion by Regina Kiser and a second from Matthew Gross.
