Cleveland County approves ARPA-funded youth wellness spending and health department contracts

It also approved leasing three oxygen cylinders for Norman and Moore offices at $64.28 each per year (total $192.84 plus hazmat charges) and contracting Tracy Gibson to provide art classes at $30 per hour through June 30, 2026.
