Cleveland County commissioners approve consent docket, authorize ARPA-funded work and renew monitoring contract

The Cleveland County Board of County Commissioners approved its consent docket on Nov. 17, 2025, voting unanimously to adopt Section E1 through E7. The motion to approve was made by Commissioner Rod Cleveland and seconded by Commissioner Rusty Grissom; Commissioners Jacob McHughes, Rusty Grissom and Rod Cleveland voted yes.
Key items approved on the consent docket included a Dell Pro 16 Plus laptop for $1,672.87 charged to LATCF/ARPA Tribal Grant #570120 for the Commissioners' office administrative assistant, a $5,041.83 payment to Rees Associates, Inc. for the Fairgrounds project (ARPA Project #1.007), and Change Order #2 to Thompson General Contracting for $5,459 to complete upstairs restrooms and firewalls for the Election Board project (ARPA Project #3.009). The Board also approved a $3,150 renewal with TVEyes for media monitoring covering Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2026, and vendor quotes including a $3,663 agreement for a Thanksgiving meal and training ceremony and replacement tires priced at $511.68 for the Veterans Coordinator vehicle.
The consent docket also included administrative housekeeping: acceptances of bi-annual inventory reports, review and audit of blanket purchase orders and claims, and monthly reports for October 2025 from county officers including the Assessor, County Clerk, Court Clerk, Election Board Secretary and others. The Board's recorded votes for consent items were all affirmative.
