DeHaan expressed concern about taking a parking space; Council Member Melanie Cozzi suggested placing the truck on RT 64 facing the plaza but raised potential line-of-sight and business-impact issues. Council Member Tim Krug suggested limiting days and times to avoid harming downtown businesses. Mayor Ken Williams described Sarah Phelps Plaza as a prime location and suggested seeking vendors that offer goods not readily available downtown (for example, ice cream).
