City of Oregon committee sets March 10 Lunch and Learn; utility reps invited

The City of Oregon Sustainability Ad Hoc Committee on Jan. 13 said it will hold a Lunch and Learn on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 12–1 p.m. The session is intended to spotlight available programs and incentives and to distribute educational materials.
City Manager Darin DeHaan reported he has "reached out to representatives from Nicor and ComEd" and that the committee discussed inviting a solar company to present. Committee members also discussed logistics including location, advertising and the materials attendees will receive.
