The Planning Board approved final site plans for a 70‑by‑100‑foot pole barn at 7107 Route 14 on Dec. 16, 2024. Jeff Ternois spoke on behalf of applicant Bruce Carey and presented revised drawings that moved the building back to address a neighbor’s concerns. Chair Bruce Evener noted the revisions addressed the board’s earlier concerns.
Janine Fogarty moved to approve the stamped drawing and Bruce Evener seconded; the motion passed unanimously (Evener‑aye, McKee‑aye, Fogarty‑aye). After the vote, Jeff Ternois thanked the board for their approvals.
