Board clears three planning items including Bickel’s Too extension and a waiver for Cummings

The Antis Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved several planning commission recommendations. On motions moved by Supervisor Steve Winterstein, the board approved a review-period time extension for the Bickel’s Too land development and, in a separate motion, approved the Blazier lot line change. Both motions passed 5-0.
The board also authorized a waiver to Section 53.058.E.9 of the Stormwater Ordinance for David Cummings’ request regarding fencing around a retention pond; that waiver was approved on the condition that Cummings provide indemnification to the township. The waiver motion was moved by Supervisor Benjamin Hornberger and seconded by Supervisor Susan Kensinger.
