Commissioners emphasized the need for an executed lease, clear financing documentation and consistent application forms before they could act on the permit. “If you're withdrawing one of the principals, we certainly can't grant the temp today…we're gonna hold it over to January 7,” a member stated, and the board voted to hold the matter. The applicant was directed to submit the executed lease, an updated personal questionnaire and any amended financing agreements for review ahead of the next meeting.
