The board similarly entered a resolution praising Lynette Stone’s 41 years of state service and presented a copy for the record.
Members noted the emotional toll of long-term departures and asked staff to forward condolences to an Authority colleague whose father had recently died. The board then moved into its licensing dockets for Buffalo, Albany and New York City, with multiple applications called in the order sign‑ins were registered. The resolutions were formally entered into the minutes and copies were to be provided to the retireees as recorded by the board secretary.
